- Process subscription payments through Stripe.

- Stripe, our payment processor, for processing subscriptions.
- Firebase (Google), our infrastructure provider, for authentication and data storage.

Trash Day Valet LLC provides a weekly bin-to-curb valet service for residential customers in the Lower Naugatuck Valley, Connecticut. We retrieve your trash and/or recycling bins from your property, place them at the curb on your scheduled collection day, and return them to their original location the following day.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a currently serviced town (Ansonia, Derby, or Seymour) to subscribe. We are not responsible for service requests outside our service area.Subscriptions and Payment
- Subscriptions are weekly, auto-renewing, and billed through Stripe.
- Pricing is set per town and displayed in the app before purchase.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Refunds are not issued for partial weeks already serviced.Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate service address and bin location information.
- Have your bins accessible on your property (not locked inside a garage, gate, or structure we cannot reach).
- Ensure your bins are empty and ready for pickup on your scheduled collection day.
- Notify us in advance of any changes to your bin location, service address, or collection day.Service Limitations
- We do not haul trash to the dump. We move your bins between your property and the curb.
- Severe weather (hazardous conditions, declared emergencies) may delay or cancel service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers.
- We are not responsible for damage to bins caused by normal wear, your municipal trash service, animals, weather, or third parties.
- We are not responsible for missed municipal pickups caused by your town's collection service.Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your subscription at our discretion if:
- Payment fails and is not resolved within a reasonable period.
- You repeatedly violate these Terms.
- Your property becomes inaccessible or unsafe for our team to service.Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trash Day Valet LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.Governing Law
